Shell Cove Yoga specialises in Vinyasa flow, Yin Yoga , restorative and prenatal/postnatal yoga. Each class finishes with a 10 minute Buddhist Mindfulness meditation and a 20 minute yummy Yoga Nidra
Classes are themed around self care , loving kindness to self and others as I believe we all need to take extra care of ourselves and those we care about. Sessions include asanas (poses), readings, philosophy, mudras/ mantras, yoga nidras, exploring meridians, mindfulness Buddhist meditation and chanting meditation. The chakras and the Eight Fold path of yoga are also explored, as they assist in healing and balancing us in our everyday lives on and off the mat.
